JK Rowling's detective novel

"Harry Potter" author J.K. Rowling donned an invisibility cloak of her own for her new novel--'The Cuckoo's Calling' under the nome de plume Robert Galbraith. The novel created buzz around. But she was not able to hide her identity for long since one journalist unearthed the truth after suspicion on the writing style and its maturity. The discovery of her being the actual novelist is in news around the world.
While speculations are around, it seems that it was all made up--the hype and the drama. Her discovery is like a scripted drama of her own. However, I must say that Rowling has done everything to break the Harry Potter style that everyone knows her with.
"The Cuckoo's Calling" under the name Robert Galbraith even won her accolades and fetched her one award. What I believe is that the whole drama was to establish her detective writing skills.
In essence, she wrote a detective novel, hid her identity and let a journalist play a realtime detective so that everything looks as if she knew nothing and had wanted to be hidden as a detective novelist.
