Payal Gidwani Tiwari, who is a renowned fitness and yoga trainer in Bollywood has written the book. I'm sure she wrote it to reap benefits of being a little famous. Or maybe she thought it is important to write a book to add to the portfolio to gain more recognition in the celeb circles. However, if tips are for good, there is no harm absorbing them. I'm sure every woman would like to try some of them with care.
Synopsis or the pitch on the cover reads: “From the basics of yoga to their practical application in our day to day life—Payal’s essential mantras guarantee not just weight loss but also promise a healthier lifestyle. Designed for all age groups, this book comes enriched with easy to follow exercise regimes and invaluable tips.”
I've seen it my family that all young and middle aged women are obsessed with TV shows and want to look like the performing dancers in shows like DID, Jhalak Dikhlaja. Maybe Payal has those ladies in target. Still my advice is to think and buy the book, since most of the times the tips you find in the book are available for free online. So think before you leap. And don't extra mile with using the tips and harm your body. Today's lifestyle may have multiple challenges. However, it is better to tone your body but with easy and logical tips. You might pick up 'Body Goddess' and try to feel like a diva.
